and to avoid the traffic jam and any form of hassle to travelers, here is a traffic advisory;
This early, we are informing the public that the celebration of Christ the King will be this coming sunday, Nov. 24, 2013 and the Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Parish (Carlatan, Lingsat, and nearby barangays) & Saint Louis College will be the hosts of the celebration. We are inviting you. There will be a mass @ 1:00 PM in the SLC Grandstand and will be participated by the entire Diocese of La Union. Please note too that there will be a procession happening that day, so there will be a reroute in the said area. Kaya yung may mga lakad na importante sa linggo ng hapon, please be guided. Iwas sa trapik habang maaga. Salamat po.
