Meralco’s Bill Deposit.
What is this all about?
How could you be the light of our household if in fact you are pulling us into darkness thru the Bill Deposit
that had made a surprise to a lot of consumers.
I tried to send a message to Meralco’s FB and the response was
“Hi Airwind, kindly PM us your contact number and one of our Customer Assistance Representatives will call or assist you regarding bill deposit your concern. Thank you”
which I verified with other consumers that it was the only way to be informed and be clarified about that matter.
Based from a concerned citizen with whom the Bill Deposit was explained by the CSR,
“kinuha nila ung average amount ng binabayaran mo for 12 mos then meron clang amount ng bill deposit plus bill deposit interest, then minus sa ave. amount. ung kulang un ang babayaran.”
that’s why a lot of complaints was done in Meralco’s FB
